By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Item Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel the order; if you had selected bank transfer as a payment method then please contact us asap by chatting with one the member of our customer service or send us an email to email@example.com with the subject line "order cancellation".
If you paid via credit/debit card then, unfortunately, we can't cancel the order as our orders are normally dispatched within 24 hrs. However, if the order is not dispatched yet then an exception can be made depending on the situation provided by the customer with valid reason. We accept payment via Credit/Debit cards, PayPal Express, and bank transfer only at the moment.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any item that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected item and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at email@example.com (if applicable). Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories. 1. In the event of damaged items received, we will require photo proof of the affected items and your D.O (Delivery Order) for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the item to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any item that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at firstname.lastname@example.org 2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

In the event you've received your order with a missing item, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to email@example.com and after which, our customer service officer will get back to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing item to you at no cost, subject to availability.
